MyJobHub ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information you provide: Job application details, contact information, resume content, and cover letter content that you enter into the app. This data is stored locally on your device and is never sold or shared with third parties.
AI feature usage: When you use AI-powered features (resume improvement, cover letter generation, ATS scanning), the relevant resume or cover letter content is sent to our secure processing server to generate your results. This content is not stored after processing is complete.
Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (such as which features you use and how often) to help us improve the app. This is handled by PostHog. No personally identifiable information is included.
Crash reports: If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report is sent to Sentry to help us identify and fix bugs. These reports contain technical information about the crash but do not include your resume or application data.
Your job search data (applications, contacts, resumes, cover letters) is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. We do not have access to this data.

Your local data remains on your device until you delete the app. AI-processed content is not retained after your request is fulfilled.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
